Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g dried lemon peel or orange peel
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the dried peel and sugar in a high-powered blender and blend for a few minutes. Then pour into a screw-top jar. This way, the lemon or orange sugar will keep for a very long time and can be used instead of flavoring in desserts or baking. Please ensure that the fruit used is truly untreated and the peel is completely dry!
