Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 1 pinch of marjoram
  • some parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) curry, red hot
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • e.g. flour or breadcrumbs
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly with your hands. Form the minced meatballs into the desired size and then flatten them slightly. If desired, coat in flour or breadcrumbs before frying. Heat the margarine in a heavy pan until very hot, add the meatballs, and sear briefly on both sides. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once or twice. Serve with salad or potato salad.
