Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 small fennel, diced
  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp broth, granulated
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the mushrooms, fennel, diced bell peppers, ground beef, onions, and garlic one at a time, preferably separately. Then return everything to a pot, add the spices, and sauté lightly again. Now add the granulated stock, milk, and sour cream and bring to a boil briefly. Season to taste, and you’re done. I like it best with pasta, but I can also imagine it with rice or simply baguette.
