Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll (wheat roll)
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 50 g Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Breadcrumbs with parsley and Parmesan

Wash the parsley, spin it dry, and chop it coarsely. Cut the bread roll into large cubes. Remove the crust from the Parmesan cheese and cut it into large cubes. Blend the bread roll and parsley in a blender for several minutes until the bread takes on a green color. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese and grind everything again. The breadcrumbs are ideal for all types of meat, fish, vegetable schnitzel, or as a base for a herb crust. They should be used the same day they are made.
