Meat salad with asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt (full milk yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp horseradish, grated
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • chives
  • 250 g meat sausage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 g asparagus, cooked (jar or can)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a salad bowl, along with the mayonnaise, mustard, and seasoning. Season the sauce to taste and add finely chopped chives. Peel the sausage and onion. Quarter and core the apple and tomatoes. Cut everything into strips, including the asparagus. Immediately add to the salad dressing and mix thoroughly. Season the meat salad to taste. Mix briefly before serving, season again, and serve. To garnish, peel and slice the eggs, place them on the salad, and sprinkle with parsley.
