Banana – Cheese – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ stalk(s) celery
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 50 g mayonnaise (salad cream)
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp brandy as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas, slice the bell pepper and celery, and dice the ham and cheese. Mix all ingredients. Mix together the yogurt, salad dressing, ketchup, and lemon juice, and season with salt, pepper, and brandy, if desired. Pour over the salad and let stand for 30 minutes.
