Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • ¼ liter milk (skimmed milk)
  • 2 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
  • Drops of sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the mango thinly, separate the flesh from the stone, and blend with the lemon juice and skim milk. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend thoroughly again. Sweeten to taste. Garnish with sprigs of herbs.
