Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 6 nuts (pecans)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml ice (water ice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with ice for hot days

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a yogurt-like mixture forms. Chop the ice into small pieces in a container beforehand. Alternatively, you can place everything in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then add more milk. This is a delicious fruit drink, especially recommended for hot days. The quantities are approximate and can, of course, be varied.
