Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • e.g. powdered sugar or cream stiffener
  • 500 g raspberries, frozen
  • brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Place the raspberries in a baking dish. Whip the heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar or cream stiffener and fold in the sour cream. Pour the cream mixture over the raspberries and finally sprinkle the brown sugar over the top in a thick layer. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
