Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter mineral water (lemon sparkling water)
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 liter of mineral water
  • 10 tbsp syrup (woodruff)
  • 5 tbsp syrup (woodruff)
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Combine the juice, water, and 10 tablespoons of syrup in a punch bowl. For the ice cubes, mix some water with the remaining syrup and freeze. Add the ice cubes to the punch before serving. Caution: Woodruff syrup stains your hands, so it’s best to wear gloves.
