Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 1 ½ liters blackcurrant juice
- 1 ½ liters of apple juice
- Sugar, to taste
- Lemon or orange peel, unsprayed
- 4 carnations
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 2 lemons, squeezed
- 8 oranges, squeezed

(alcohol-free)
Heat blackcurrant juice and apple juice with a little sugar, the spices, and a very thin slice of lemon or orange peel, but do not let it boil. Cover and let it simmer. Add the lemon and orange juice, season to taste, strain, and serve while still hot.
