Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- Sea salt
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- pepper
- herbal salt
- Paprika powder, sweet

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Sauté the onions in hot olive oil. Mix with the crème fraîche and 2 tablespoons of water, season generously with herb salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with the tagliatelle or mix everything together straight away.
