Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of pasta (spaghetti)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Chop the tomatoes and onions. Sauté the onions in a nonstick skillet until translucent, then add the tomato pieces and simmer. Add a little water occasionally to maintain a sauce-like consistency. Season with salt, pepper, and basil at the end. Squeeze the clove and stir in. Done.
