Iced strawberry drinking yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g natural yogurt, mild, 3.8% fat
  • 25 ml whole milk
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 handful of crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Hull and quarter the strawberries. Place them in a tall bowl with the sugar and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Mix the yogurt with the milk and ice cream. Now pour the strawberry puree into a large glass and slowly pour the yogurt and ice cream mixture over it. Stir gently with a long spoon and serve with a straw.
