Sweet carrot drink

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 400 g buttermilk (or kefir)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and peel the carrots, and blend them into small pieces in a blender. Quarter the pear, peel it, and core it, then roughly blend the flesh in a blender. Blend both together with the buttermilk until smooth. Season with honey and ginger. Pour into glasses, and you’re done. With this drink, you can outsmart any child who doesn’t usually like vegetables!
