Punch with elderflower syrup and lemon balm

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • 1 large lemon(s), the juice
  • 8 stalks of lemon balm
  • 2 ½ liters of sparkling mineral water, ice-cold
  • ¼ tsp vanilla, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lemon balm and pluck the leaves from the stems. Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl or pitcher and mix. Very refreshing and a favorite with children.
