Non-alcoholic strawberry punch

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg strawberries
  • ½ liter raspberry syrup
  • 1 liter of currant juice
  • 1 liter cherry juice
  • 2 liters of mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a punch bowl along with the raspberry syrup and both juices and stir. Chill for a few hours (or overnight) and let it steep. Chill the mineral water and add it to the punch just before serving. If you don’t like it quite so sweet, simply add more mineral water.
