- 1 large avocado(s), ripe
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- some celery salt
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- possibly chives

Halve a ripe, soft avocado and remove the pit. Lightly season the cut surfaces with pepper and salt. Mix the cottage cheese with the lemon juice, spices, and chives, if desired, and then spread it among the avocado halves. Tips: Since avocados are already high in fat, I usually use reduced-fat cottage cheese these days—I also really like it. It’s great as an appetizer for two people or as a light, low-carb main course for one person.
