Fiery chicken thighs and potato pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 chicken legs
  • 750 g potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 3 tbsp ajvar
  • 2 tsp jam (orange marmalade)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them like French fries. Wash and dry the chicken thighs. Mix the marinade in a large bowl, tossing the potatoes first, then the legs in the marinade. Place the potatoes on a greased baking sheet and place the chicken thighs on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 1 hour.
