Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken legs or other parts
- 60 g butter, melted
- 4 tbsp mustard, mild
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
sprinkled with poppy seeds
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the chicken pieces skin-side down on a baking sheet. Mix together all ingredients except the poppy seeds. Brush the chicken pieces with half of the glaze. Bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Carefully turn the chicken over and brush the top with the remaining glaze. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for another 15 minutes. We serve this with a delicious tomato and corn salad!
