Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g glass noodles
- 1 broccoli, approx. 500 g
- 2 carrots
- n. e.g. herbs, frozen, e.g. B. 8-herb mix
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- some ginger powder
- some salt
- some oil for the pan
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Chop the broccoli and carrots and cook in a little salted water until al dente. Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions. Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly fry the glass noodles and vegetables. Season with ajvar, herbs, ginger, and salt. Of course, you can also use other vegetables, depending on your taste. This recipe is also great for using up leftovers.
