Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 beefsteak tomatoes
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 bunch of basil
- 250 g ricotta
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 500 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and press the garlic, then either sauté it in a little olive oil or add it raw to a bowl with the tomatoes. Wash and finely chop the basil, and add it to the bowl. Add the ricotta and olive oil, stir well, and season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Pour the cold sauce over the hot pasta.
