Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
- 6 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) top and bottom heat. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in all other ingredients. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly and then turn out of the pan.
