Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 1 cup sugar, brown
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 18 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate chip cookies (M&Ms)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy

Cover a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with aluminum foil and grease with butter. Whisk the melted butter with the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the flour. Then add the chopped Oreo cookies. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread evenly. Distribute the M&Ms over the batter and press them in lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-22 minutes. After baking, let cool in the baking pan for at least 30 minutes. Only then cut into pieces.
