Asparagus salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g asparagus, green
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the asparagus into small pieces (remove the ends) and fry briefly in olive oil. Slice the spring onions into small rings and fry them as well. The asparagus should be fried for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add the tomatoes. If you like, you can also sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
