Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes, small
  • 300 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 300 g broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 350 ml Miracle Whip

Preheat oven to 220°C (convection: 200°C, gas mark 4). Wash and quarter the potatoes. Cut the turkey breast into strips, trim the spring onions, and slice them into rings. Combine the potatoes, turkey breast, and broccoli florets in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes. Then transfer the warm ingredients to a bowl and mix with the remaining mayonnaise and the spring onions. Serve warm.
