Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g buttermilk
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 small spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp herbs, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple and variable

Mix the buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic and blend until smooth. Finely slice the spring onion and add it. Then finely chop the herbs of your choice and mix with the other ingredients. Chives, parsley, and dill are particularly suitable. Mint also gives the dressing a wonderful freshness; just a few leaves are enough. Mediterranean greens, except for basil, are less suitable. Finally, season with salt and pepper. I don’t recommend reducing the amount of mayonnaise or replacing it altogether. It simply doesn’t taste good. The dressing is best fresh. However, it will probably keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
