Salad dressing with radishes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g radishes
  • some salt and pepper, white
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red, finely chopped
  • 2 cucumber(s), (pickles) finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with mixed salad

Wash the radishes, chop them finely, and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle a little salt on the radishes and let them sit for 5 minutes. Puree the radishes thoroughly with a hand blender. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and paprika into the pureed radishes. Add the onions and pickles, season well with salt and pepper, and mix well again. Arrange the salad on plates and drizzle with the salad dressing.
