delicious and special pasta for every occasion – fast, inexpensive and yet special

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain through a sieve. Meanwhile, fry the onion strips along with the pear strips in hot olive oil (it’s best to use a saucepan for this so you can mix in the pasta later). Once the onions are nicely shimmering, drizzle with the honey and stir well. After a few minutes, add the goat cheese and, after stirring briefly, deglaze with Cremefine. Stir until the goat cheese has completely dissolved in the sauce. Season to taste with vegetable stock and a little salt and pepper. Finally, toss the pasta with the onion, pear, and goat cheese sauce and serve hot.
