Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), very ripe
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml milk
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Delicious, rich dressing
Halve the avocado, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and place it in a tall bowl with all the ingredients. Blend thoroughly with an immersion blender. If you prefer a thinner dressing, you can add more broth or milk.
