- 4 tbsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
- 1 tbsp, leveled apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- e.g. agave syrup
Instructions

In a tall bowl, blend the flesh of half an avocado until smooth. Blend in the oil, vinegar, and vegetable broth, then add salt, agave syrup, and spices to taste. The dressing should not be too thick. Stir in a little more broth if desired. This dressing tastes great with a green or mixed salad.
