Rice pan with minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice in four cups of water and a little salt. In the meantime, brown the ground beef and add the finely diced onion. Sauté the mushrooms. Season with soy and worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the rice is done, mix everything together and season again.
