Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 radish(s)
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ meat sausage, approx. 200 g
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Peel the radish, slice it into small strips, and place it in a bowl. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, finely dice the tomatoes, and add them to the radish. Skin the sausage, dice it finely, and add it to the bowl. Mix everything together. Now mix the vinegar with the oil and drizzle over the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: Let the salad marinate for a few hours; it will taste even better. It’s also perfect for barbecue season. This was served with freshly baked bread.
