  • ½ cl Blue Curaçao
  • Sparkling wine, dry

A classic greeting

Like Campari O (which I added at the same time), it’s a great welcome drink. Chill the ingredients thoroughly. Pour Blue C into a champagne glass and top with dry, ice-cold sparkling wine. It gives the glass an intense, clear blue color. It looks very chic on a tray when paired with Campari O.
