Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl Blue Curaçao
  • 4 cl orange juice
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • 10 cl sparkling wine, dry
  • n. B. Ice, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the first three ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a stemmed glass over some ice cubes. Top with sparkling wine and serve.
