Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 2 slice(s) pineapple, small (from can)
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut
  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Puree the buttermilk, pineapple, and coconut flakes in a blender or with a hand whisk until smooth. Season with vanilla sugar.
