Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 800 ml milk, ice-cold
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 6 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
  • 100 ml sweet cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sort the blackberries, wash them, and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside 4 berries. Purée the remaining berries with the lemon juice, powdered sugar, and 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar in a food processor. Then blend in the milk, quark, and ice cream until foamy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, beating in the remaining vanilla sugar. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pour the fruit drink into four glasses. Pipe dollops of cream into each glass and garnish with the reserved blackberries.
