Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 32 sausages (cocktail sausages)
  • 75 g mozzarella, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Stir in the flour, butter, eggs, and salt, stirring constantly. Divide the dough into four pieces. Roll each portion into a round pancake and cut into eight triangular pieces. Place a cocktail sausage and some cheese on the wide end of each piece, then roll up. Let the dough rolls rise for half an hour. Brush the croissants with a little egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 10 minutes. A perfect snack, especially popular with children.
