Pizza with sausages, Danish sauces and fried onions

This quantity of ingredients is sufficient for 1 baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Knead the dough ingredients using a mixer fitted with a dough hook, then knead by hand until smooth. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and dust with flour. Roll out the dough on the baking sheet. Cut the sausages into even slices. Spread Danish hot dog ketchup over the pizza dough and place the sausages on top. Spread Danish hot dog remoulade and Danish hot dog mustard in a wavy pattern over the pizza. Top with drained Danish pickles. Sprinkle with fried onions. Finally, sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese. Bake the pizza for about 40 minutes. Bake on the middle rack at 200°C for 20 minutes with top/bottom heat, then for 10 minutes at 180°C fan oven and at the end for a few more minutes with bottom heat only to make the pizza nice and crispy.
