Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Homemade, super delicious

Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, bell peppers, garlic, and mozzarella and place them in a bowl. Fry the bacon in a pan with oil until crispy. Immediately after frying (i.e., while it’s hot), add it to the bowl and stir. Place the sweetener tablets in a cup with about 8-10 tablespoons of hot water. Once the sweetener has dissolved, add the lemon juice and stir it into the salad. Season with chili until the desired spiciness is reached and mix in the grated cheese. Add a little more acidity if desired. Note: You can also use regular sugar instead of the sweetener tablets. Serves 4-6, depending on how hungry you are.
