Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 small onion(s)
- Oil, for frying
- salt and pepper
- Caraway powder or spices of your choice

simple, quick and spicy
Peel the kohlrabi and coarsely grate it. Peel the onion, split it lengthwise, and slice it into fine half rings. Heat a pan, add a splash of oil, and sauté the onion. Add the kohlrabi, stir, and reduce the heat slightly. Cover the pan, stirring occasionally. The kohlrabi will be cooked in 5 minutes at the most. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway or other spices of your choice, if desired. Tip: You can also mix kohlrabi with many other vegetables, or cook just the same as other varieties.
