Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kg asparagus, white
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- n. B. Butter flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cook the asparagus as usual, cut it into pieces, and place it in a casserole dish. Dice the cooked ham and add it. Mix the cream, sour cream, and cream cheese well, season with salt and pepper, and pour it over the asparagus, gently folding it in. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, add knobs of butter, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
