Blackberry-plum milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g blackberry jam
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 2 plums, dark
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

With banana

Strain the blackberry jam through a fine sieve into a tall mixing bowl. Peel half a banana, break it into pieces, and add it to the jam with a squeeze of lemon juice. Add the washed plums, pit them, and chop them finely. Pour in the milk and blend everything with a hand blender. This will create a rather creamy liquid. If you prefer a thinner drink, simply stir in a little more milk. Pour the drink into a glass, garnish, and serve.
