Red wine – banana – soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml wine, red, dry
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 450 g banana(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free

Briefly bring about 450 ml of red wine to a boil with the spices, then remove from the heat. Add the bananas, mashed with about 50 ml of red wine, stir, and serve. It’s a great starter soup, but not for children! My own recipe.
