Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 500 g bell pepper(s), red
- 1 kg apples
- e.g. lovage, fresh or shredded
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Very simple to prepare. Anyone can make it and it tastes great.
Roughly chop the bell peppers. Peel the apples and also roughly chop them. Heat the vegetable broth and simmer the bell peppers until tender. About halfway through the cooking time (this depends on your taste), add the apples and simmer until soft. Then strain everything through a sieve and season with salt and lovage.
