Salmon and cheese pasta with spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pack of salmon, approx. 150 g
  • 150 g spinach
  • ½ pack of Limburger, approx. 200 g
  • 150 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • herb salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the salmon. Dice the onion and garlic into small pieces. Dice the Limburger cheese. For the sauce, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil in a pan. Add the salmon. After a short time, add the spinach and the remaining ingredients. Bring the sauce to a boil briefly. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce on plates.
