Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g pasta
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- 300 g tuna in its own juice, 2 cans
- 1 pack of butter vegetables, frozen, 300 g
- 100 g Cremefine for cooking or cream
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 onion(s)
- some oil for frying
- Pecorino
- n. B. Balsamic vinegar, lighter

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick and tasty
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. I personally prefer spaghetti, but any pasta will work. Peel and chop the onion, and fry it in a pan with a little oil. Add the tomatoes, buttered vegetables, and tuna and heat everything together. Now combine the remaining ingredients in the sauce, stirring in the creme fine or cream at the end. If you like, you can season the sauce with a small dash of balsamic vinegar. Serve the pasta with the sauce and add a little more pecorino cheese. Enjoy!
