Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 2 slices of meatloaf
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 3 Pepper , filled with feta cheese
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 pack of 250 ml cooking cream
- 6 slices of zucchini
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Peel and grate the potatoes. Slice the mushrooms and the remaining zucchini. Then place a layer of potatoes (about half) in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. We like Mediterranean dishes, so I added herbs like basil and oregano. Then add the mushrooms and zucchini with the bacon cubes. Spread the remaining potatoes on top and season. Spread the cooking cream over the potatoes. Finally, top with the meatloaf and pepperoni and sprinkle with the gratin cheese. Then bake at approximately 180°C (convection oven) for at least 50 minutes.
