Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g salami
- 250g Gouda
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 180 g flour
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Dice the salami and grate the Gouda cheese. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash, clean, and dice the bell peppers. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, and herbs (frozen or fresh) together with the other ingredients in a sealable bowl. Seal the bowl and shake well. Stir with a spatula if necessary. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
