Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 celeriac
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (brandy vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp cream, condensed milk also works
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Autumn and winter salad

The celery root is boiled in salted water, then rinsed and peeled. It is quartered and then sliced. (I like to use a slicing knife for this.) While still warm, I add the slices to the sauce made from the above ingredients.
